Delray Villas plat 4/5 is a 491 unit non-gated 55 plus community situated between Lake Ida Road and Via Delray, off of El Claire Ranch Road. Main access can be had from LaSalle Road and Dusenburg Road from El Claire Ranch Road, as well as Shelby Trail off of Lake Ida Road.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no overnight parking of vehicles on our streets. Vehicles can be towed away! Also, all vehicles must be parked facing the direction of traffic with 2 wheels on the grass so as not to impede the flow of traffic.
It’s now a Rule. Lollipop or Carriage lights must be kept on from Dusk to Dawn, for yours and your neighbors protection. A fine will be given to those owners who do not comply with our rule. Please do not take this warning lightly.
The Association is recommending that each owner in Plat 4/5 join in the County wide Yellow Dot program which can save your life in the event of a serious accident which leaves you unresponsive to EMS responders. Contact Carol Michalic (270-7211) for more detailed information.
Please remember to keep sidewalks clear when parking yours or a guests vehicle in your driveway. Handicapped persons in walkers, wheelchairs etc. should not have to walk around vehicles and fines will be given to those who do not comply.
When you or another individual walk your dog, you must pick up after them or risk a fine. Please keep our plat clean.
