Delray Villas plat 4/5 is a 491 unit non-gated 55 plus community situated between Lake Ida Road and Via Delray, off of El Claire Ranch Road. Main access can be had from LaSalle Road and Dusenburg Road from El Claire Ranch Road, as well as Shelby Trail off of Lake Ida Road.
We boast both single and duplex single story villas, situated on a lake, canal or another border. Through our parent organization, we enjoy two clubhouses. One is for our shows and large gatherings, and the other for smaller gatherings, as well as game, ceramics and billiards rooms.
The eleven member board of directors consists of full time residents who are charged with providing the services required. In order to maintain our HOA fee at a reasonable level, we are not gated nor do we employ a property manager.
Lawn cutting, fertilization and hedge trimming are included in our HOA fee, as well as insect and sub-terranian termite control in the common areas. Cable TV service including HBO and Internet service.
Some of the amenities you will enjoy are Bocce, Horseshoes, Pickle Ball and Tennis Courts. There is a large heated swimming and lap pool. Newly renovated co-ed gym with new state of the art exercise machines and beautiful bathroom and shower facilities.
